Breaking: 7 feared killed as gunmen attack Sen Ifeanyi Ubah’s motorcade

At least seven persons were feared killed on Sunday when gunmen attacked the motorcade of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in Anambra.

Sources said that the incident occured at Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka local government area of the state.

Ubah of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) represents Anambra South.

A source confirmed that Sen Uba was ambushed by the gunmen who opened fire on his entourage.

The  source who preferred not to be named said that three of the senators’ aides were killed alongside three security operatives during the attack.
