Breaking: Supreme Court affirms ex-CBN Governor Soludo as APGA’s Anambra governorship election candidate

The Supreme Court has affirmed a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Professor Charles Soludo as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA) for he November 6, Anambra governorship election.

Mr. Victor Oye was also affirmed as the chairman of the party by a five-man panel led by Justice Mary Odili.

A five-man panel of justices of the apex in a unanimous judgement on Thursday declared Soludo as the bonafide candidate for the election.

The court upheld the judgement of the Kano State Division of the Court of Appeal, which earlier validated the primary election that produced Soludo.
