Lagos Assembly member slumps, dies in Jos after APC presidential campaign flagoff

Mr Sobur Olawale, popularly known as Omititi, a Lagos State House of Assembly member representing Mushin constituency II is dead.

The deceased lawmaker who was aged 58, slumped and died in Jos on Tuesday after the flag off of the presidential campaign of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Jos, the Plateau State capital.

Omititi was Chairman, House Committee on Local Government at the Assembly.

He recently participated in a novelty football match organised to celebrate the 50th birthday anniversary of the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly,

Olawale represented Mushin Constituency between 2015 and 2022.
