Man to marry mother-in-law 2 years after wife’s death

A 46-year-old man has proposed to marry his 57-year-old mother-in-law two years after his wife passed away at the age of 34.

The widower, whose wife died after giving birth to two children for him, has decided not to remarry just anyone else but his late wife’s mum, who is a widow.

He said he would not want to bring an outsider into his house, so it was better to marry his wife’s mum and avoid an outsider.

While the marriage proposal has sparked reactions, with some describing his decision as an abomination, the man insisted that it was is what he wanted and would go ahead.

According to the report, reactions have trailed the decision, which has gone viral on social media.

Some commentators have said that they suspected the man and his mother-in-law to have a hand in the death of his wife and they should both be investigated thoroughly over her demise.

“He doesn’t need to marry the mother-in-law, except they have been having romantic affairs.

“All he needs to do, is to ask the woman to live with them and take care of his children.

“Marrying the mother-in-law is not right,” one man said.
