We haven’t zoned NASS leadership positions, says APC
Mr Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) says the party has yet to zone the leadership positions of the incoming 10th National Assembly (NASS).
Morka who made this known in a statement issued in Abuja, urged members of the public to ignore the reports to that effect as are being speculated in some quarters.
He said, “The attention of the APC has been drawn to versions of zoning arrangements for the 10th National Assembly leadership positions in circulation in sections of the social media.
“The information did not emanate from the party and should be disregarded. To be clear, the party has yet to zone positions of leadership of the 10th National Assembly.”
The APC spokesman, however, assured that any decision made in that regard by the party would be duly communicated to the public via its official information channels.
