While Tesla founder, Elon Musk, leads the billionaire pack as the highest loser, he still retains his spot as the world’s wealthiest man.
The five richest men include Musk, Bernard Arnault & family, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates and Larry Ellison.
Microsoft founder, Gates lost the least according to Forbes latest Billionaires Index.
With a net worth of $264 billion, Musk lost $16.9 billion after trading hours on Thursday.
His fortune declined by 6% after the share value of Tesla depreciated by 6.75%.
Arnaulit’s wealth shrank to $189.9 billion, representing $5.1 billion loss.
This follows a 2.64% dip in the share of his fashion company, LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton.
Bezos, the third richest, lost $4 billion after trading on Thursday, settled at $187.1 billion net worth.
This follows a 2.42% dip in Amazon’s stock, representing a 2.09% dip in fortune.
Gates now with an estimated wealth of $134.2 billion, lost $1.6 billion of his wealth, representing a 4.23% of Microsoft’s share price and 1.18% loss.
Larry Ellison, the fifth richest man worth $119.9 billion, lost $1.7 billion of his networth.
His fortune declined by 1.40%, as his software firm, Oracle, lost a share value of 0.59%.
