10 Miyetti Allah members kidnapped by gunmen in Anambra
10 members of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) have been abducted by gunmen in Anambra State.
The police command spokesman in the state, Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed the incident to newsmen on Saturday.
According to him, the assailants also went away with more than 200 cows rustled from the herdsmen’s settlement at Obene community in Ogbaru local government area of the state.

Ikenga said that the police were already on the trail of the gunmen.
“The Anambra State Police Command, under the leadership of the commissioner of police, Echeng, will not rest on its oars until the victims are rescued unhurt and return to their families,” the PPRO assured.
