In 2006, Abraham Shakespeare went from a humble Florida man to a 30 million dollar lottery winner.

Known for his kindness, he gave out from the bounty, freely helping friends, family, and even strangers.

But his generosity drew the wrong people. By 2009, Abraham went missing.

The truth was darker than anyone imagined, he had been betrayed and murdered by a woman.

The woman, who pretended to be his friend, later killed and buried his body beneath concrete in a bid to conceal the crime.

She is now serving a life in prison after being convicted and sentenced for the horrendous crime.

Although she did not live to enjoy the proceeds of her crime, no sentence can undo the tragedy of a man whose only mistake was trusting too much.

Abraham’s story is a chilling reminder that not all who smile at fortune come with good intentions.
