Minister of Works, David Umahi, says 11km of the Abuja-Kaduna highway has been rebuilt with concrete pavement.

He made this known during a weekend inspection of the project, now handled by Infiouest International Ltd after Julius Berger was removed.

Umahi said the road’s base was fully reconstructed and laid with 200mm-thick reinforced concrete, calling it solid and long-lasting.
