Ex-President Obasanjo visits IBB in Minna, keeps sealed lips on mission

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Monday paid a private visit to the former military president, General Ibrahim Babangida, at his hilltop residence in Minna, Niger state capital.
It was gathered that the former president spent about 30 minutes with Babangida.

The duo held a closed-door meeting in Babangida’s Hilltop mansion in Minna, the Niger State capital before he left for the airport.
Both men kept sealed lips on the purpose of the meeting and its outcome.
Sources however said that the meeting was not unconnected to the current political developments in the country especially ahead of next year’s general elections.
