More than 200 local Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries, have been killed after Russia’s air strikes hit a Ukrainian special forces training center on Sunday
Russia’s Ministry of Defense confirmed on Sunday that a Ukrainian Special Operations Forces training center near the town of Ovruch in the northern Zhytomyr Region, which hosted the mercenaries, was targeted by “high-precision air-launched missiles.”
Igor Konashenkov, the ministry’s spokesman said during a briefing that the airstrikes had eliminated more than 200 Ukrainian special ops troops and foreign soldiers of fortune, he added.
