Sen. Ibrahim appoints 2 legislative aides on ECOWAS Parliament affairs

Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim (APC-Ondo South) has appointed two aides, Sikemi Atibere and Olumide Olubakinde, as his Senior Legislative Assistants(SLAs), on the Economic Community of West African States’ (ECOWAS) Parliament.

The Chief of Staff to the senator, Bola Olagbegi, who announced this on Friday in Okitipupa said the appointments took effect immediately.

He added that the new appointees were to proceed to Togo immediately for a parliamentary engagement.

Until his appointment, Atibere was a supervisory councilor in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State.

Olubakinde was also a supervisory councilor in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo LGA of the state prior to his appointment.

Ibrahim, a law graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife, is a member of the 6th ECOWAS Parliament, a first term lawmaker and billionaire businessman.
