Nigerian university students invent robotic dog

Three Nigerian students, John Aiyegbeni, Stephen Adeyi and Charles Loiki recently constructed a robotic dog as their final year project.

The trio are  students of the Physics and Electronic Department, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo state.

The dog barks when it detects danger at a certain distance and uses activators to move.

The students constructed the dog in such a way that when it is barking, the owner can connect their phones to the dog and everything outside will be displayed on their device.

Periscope International reports that Nigeria has a deluge of multitalented youths who are gifted with a lot of invention potentials which have yet to be harnessed.
