Troops arrest wanted female kidnap suspect in possession of N1.5m ransom

Nigerian Troops have arrested a 31 years old wanted notorious female kidnapper, Janet Igohia in Taraba State.

The suspect was reportedly in possession of N1.5 million ransom as of the time that she was ambushed and apprehended by the security forces.

Igohia was said to have revealed that she was presently married to one Voryor Gata, a notorious criminal and former second in command to late Gana Terwase, who once terrorized Benue State and its environs for years before meeting his Waterloo in troops.

Voryor Gata is the leader of a violent extremist group in southern Taraba State.

According to reports, she also claimed to have  previously been married to another high profile criminal, the late Terkibi Gemaga, AKA Mopol.

Terkibi Gemaga was killed by troops 5 years ago.

Sorces said she also once married the late Gana Terwase, who was killed during a Joint Special Force Operation 3 years ago.
