Caroline Celico, a Brazilian socialite and ex-wife of 2007 Ballon d’Or winner, Kaka, has explained that she divorced him because he was too perfect for her.
Caroline made the shocking revelation about the couple’s divorce in a viral tweet on Friday.
“Kaká never betrayed me, he always treated me well, and he gave me a wonderful family, but I was not happy, something was missing.
“However, the problem is that he was too perfect for me,” she revealed.
The couple had explained during their divorce in 2015 after spending 10 years together that they went on separate ways based on “mutual agreement.”
However, after many years of being separated, Caroline has opened up about the real reason why she divorced the father of her two children, Luca and Isabella.
The Brazilian singer and the footballer got married in 2005 and separated in 2015.
Almost 10 years after their divorce, both parties have moved on with their lives.
The former AC Milan and Real Madrid star got married to Carolina Batista, with whom he has since had two more children.
Caroline is expecting her third child with motorcyclist, Eduardo Scarpa.
