Woman seeks divorce over husband’s oversized manhood

A Woman, Aisha Dannupawa, who got married one week ago has approached a Sharia Court in Samaru, Gusau Local Government of Zamfara State, seeking to dissolve her marriage because of her husband’s oversized manhood.

The complainant told the Sharia court on Friday to dissolve the marriage due to what she described as an unbearable, painful sexual experience with her husband.

She narrated that her first sexual intercourse with the husband was horrible due to the jumbo size of his manhood.

The mother of three told the court that she had decided to marry the man one week ago after her first marriage failed.

She said, “When he came, we had sex, but the experience was a nightmare. Instead of enjoying sex, it turned out to be something else because his penis was too big.

“Two days later, when he came to visit me, we had sex again, but the experience was too much to bear. It was then I knew that I could not continue with the marriage because of the size of his penis”

Responding to the wife’s submission before the court, the husband confirmed her complaint, and agreed with the wife’s prayer that the one-week-old marriage be dissolved.

Under Sharia Law, a divorce-seeking wife is to pay the husband some money to be determined by the court in order for the marriage to be dissolved amicably.

Known as “Khul’” in Islamic Law, this mandatory payment is done if the reason for the marriage dissolution is not caused by the husband’s inability to discharge his marriage responsibilities.

Such responsibilities include feeding, clothing, education and other basic needs.
